      Annealing Furnace Unit

      Annealing treatment is one of the important procedures during steel stripcold rolling production procedure. The annealing is functioned to remove theinner rolling stress of steel strips, improve mechanical property and clean thesurface of steel strips. Annealing equipments can be categorized into bell typeannealing furnace and continuous annealing furnace. Our company usually undertakescontinuous annealing furnace projects.

      Coil loading → decoiling → shearing thefront and rear part → welding → entry accumulator → alkali dipping → alkalibrush washing → electrolytic degreasing → hot water brushing washing → 1stwashing → 2nd washing → hot air blowing → preheating → heating →soaking → fast cooling → overaging → final cooling → water-quench cooling → hotair blowing → medium accumulator → temper mill → leveler → cutter → exit accumulator→ electrostatic oiling → exit shearing → recoiling → coil unloading
